AploHome offers 30-day returns for eligible new and unused products from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging, parts, and accessories
Due to the hygienic nature of smart toilet products:
- Any item that has been installed, connected to water, or used is non-returnable

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Returns without authorization may be refused or subject to additional fees.
Return Instructions
Once your return request is approved, please follow the instructions below:
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with this policy
- Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5 business days
Return Shipping Costs
A prepaid return label will be provided for all approved and eligible returns.
- For returns due to customer preference, a 15% restocking fee will apply
Free Shipping Policy (Important)
We offer free shipping on all orders.
However:
- If a return is not due to our error, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (even if free shipping was offered at checkout)
Restocking Fees
To maintain product quality:
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
This may apply if:
- Packaging is damaged
- Parts are missing
- Product is not in original condition
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Installed or used products
- Products connected to water
- Clearance or final sale items
- Open-box or modified items
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Do not install the product
- Take photos of the issue
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will provide:
- Replacement parts, or
- Product replacement, or
- Full refund (if applicable)
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately
- We will cover all costs and resolve the issue quickly
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5 business days
Refund amounts may be adjusted based on:
- Product condition
- Missing parts
- Restocking fees
- Original shipping cost deduction (if applicable)
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days for eligible items.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused or cannot be delivered:
- Return shipping and handling costs will be deducted
- A restocking fee may apply
